Maida Services, Inc.  is seeking an experienced  home inspector.    Our offices are located in Andover, Massachusetts and Plaistow, New Hampshire.  

We are a well-established home inspection company (having performed pre-purchase home inspections since 1983).  Home inspection is an interesting, exciting and rewarding field.    We help people with what may be the largest purchase of their lives.   Therefore, our employees must meet very high standards of ethics, education and experience.  

Home Inspector Qualifications:

• Current  ASHI Member (American Society of Home Inspectors)
• At least one full year of home inspection experience
• High School Diploma
• Some College or College Degree preferred
• Good moral character
• Willingness to apprentice with Paul Maida
• Willingness to take required courses
• Pass the testing required to obtain certifications and state licenses.
