Our home inspectors are hired (generally by buyers) to find defects, maintenance issues and perform testing services, so that prospective buyers are educated about the condition of the home they are purchasing. Often the home has been on the market too long, sellers have lost value, and the home inspector finds defects. Real estate professionals are trained to market and sell homes and often (not always) are unable to tell sellers the plain truth about what is wrong with the way their home looks to potential buyers. Our Staging Service is inexpensive because we give you the ideas and suggestions in writing and then you can decide how much you want to implement and how much you want to spend on making obvious repairs, and showcasing your home.
