Our inspectors are independent inspectors who adhere to a strict code of ethics. We identify house defects. Sellers disclosure statements do not always disclose defects in a home because the seller may not be aware of the defective components. An independent inspector works hard for their customer and does not engage in un ethical relationships. Our inspectors look for evidence of structural cracks in foundations, roof leaks, moisture, water penetration, carbon monoxide, mold, UFFI, (urea formaldehyde foam insulation), asbestos, structural defects, termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, power post beetles, pests, insect infestation, plumbing leaks, unsafe electrical, rot, components that require maintenance, builder mistakes, systems that are not properly sized, such as an undersized heating system, homeowner repairs that were not performed correctly, cracks in chimneys, evidence of chimney fire, ventilation, insulation, siding defects, proper grading and drainage, water penetration, window and door defects, cracks in foundations, etc. To review our services further, go to "Inspection Services" We can provide house defect photos upon request (digital photography) and often serve as an expert witness. Our inspectors are State Licensed home inspectors who are certified through Northeastern University and the American Society of Home Inspectors. They have also taught home inspection courses at the University of New Hampshire and New England Training Academy.
