INSPECTION - RESIDENTIAL

We perform a remarkably exhaustive examination of the exterior
and interior of the property. Our inspectors bring
professional inspection equipment to the site, such as moisture meters, carbon monoxide
sniffers, electrical testing devices. A wood destroying
insect inspection (termites, carpenter ants, etc.) is included with
our home inspection. We walk most of the roofs we inspect,
and enter all accessible crawl spaces. You will
receive a 31-page report at the end of the inspection, which includes

- TERMITE INSPECTION

A termite (or wood destroying insect) inspection is included with our home
inspection. Many companies do not include a termite or Wood
Destroying Insect Infestation Inspection. It is very important
to have this inspection. Termites and Carpenter Ants are a
considerable problem in New England and they can do extensive damage
without your knowing it. Our inspection is a visual, sounding

We perform Radon Air and Radon Water testing.

- WATER TESTING

We perform Water Quality and
Water Quantity testing of private

MOLD TESTING
Our Certified Mold Test Technicians can sample "suspicious
microbial growth" (physical and air sampling) and our Laboratory will
report the kinds of molds (Toxic, Pathogenic or Allergenic) and the levels

- LEAD PAINT TESTING

Paul Maida is a State Licensed Lead Paint Inspector in the
State of Massachusetts. In conjunction with our home inspection,
we can perform a Lead Paint Spot-check (Determination)
of numerous surfaces and provide you with a written report. For
